Looking back on “Burlesque”

Seeing that it’s close to a year later, here’s a little recap on “Burlesque” by The Runway Cafe and House of Heartsdale in January 2012 :)

I can’t believe it took me “only” close to a year to finally finish this post!!  The show was streamed live on Metaverse TV back then, and I found the vimeo video link WAY later than the actual show took place; and on top of that, I managed to fully overlook the started post draft until exactly now.

So this will be a totally unplanned but way overdue and needed speed-post :D And eventually, it is done and documented before I flood you with more christmas news :D

The set featuring my designs starts at around minute 36:00 - the song is “Good Girl” from Christina Aguillera and was performed by giada Oh, Bety Dudek, Algezares Magic, Nala Kurka, Kellis Resident, Laura18 Streeter and Syra Hyun.

What an incredible event and well worth the 3 months of labor to bring it to life. Custom animations and designs, fabulous set constructions, and beautiful models combined with powerful choreography made this event certainly the first of its kind.
