Sourceress SET 6 -Necromancy- comes just in time for Halloween 2010 – or if you’re less seasonal it might find it’s way into a permanent part of your RP character’s ritual room, who knows.
The set contains photography props and poses with the following properties:
6 POSES (no mod/no transfer):

All POSES are static and come with ‘copy’ rights so you can put them into your posestands or make own poseball arrangements.

DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING CONTENT
The magic pentagram is surrounded by menu-driven energy swirls, skulls, bones and sculpted rats and candles.
The prims of the magic spheres offer different states which you can access by menu and will add the extra magic to your photoshooting or roleplay experience. To access the menu, click the book lying in between the skulls. Menu offers you the following options:
• choose default sceneries or disable all special effects,
• add bat particles, or turn them back off,
• select the state of the spell’s magic sphere: choose individual states for each part of the magic spell effects (small and low above ground all the way to large and impressive)
• set permissions who may access the above mentioned options to anyone, group, or owner only. – Default on rez is set to OWNER ONLY, pose menu is not effected by this selection.
Please keep in mind: To see glow and light, it requires for at least ‘basic shaders’ and ‘nearby local lights’ being enabled in preferences – ‘at least’ cause Windlight is obviously more picture taking fun ;-) )
The spell adjustment menu works with stored prim animation frames – as a result of this you cannot [shift]-copy the spell because it would delete the stored frames and the copy of the prop will not function correctly – if you need multiple copies of the prop, ALWAYS rezz from inventory to ensure it works! Same applies for resetting: If required, rezz a fresh copy from inventory and delete the old one.
ADJUSTMENT OF POSES with /1a:
There are no poseballs, you sit directly on the pentagram! On first sit please note the messages in open chat – once sitting, either use included gesture with hot-key [F10] (the gesture is mod, so you can change the key) or speak /1a in open channel for the adjustment menu to open (both will only work if sitting on the prop).
‘Postion’ will allow you to move your avartar more forward, backwards, left or right (X and Y axis) and of course up and down (Z axis), if needed ‘Rotation’ menu gives you more options for your adjustment.
The script remembers the avartar custom settings of its 100 most frequent users who adjusted their positions as long as the cage stays rezzed.
You’ve never worked with gestures? It’s easy, go into inventory and right click it, then select ‘activate’ in the context menu. Once activated, just press F10 key and the adjustment menu will open up if you sit on any of our (*chanimations props using this feature! Typing /adjustPose in chat will have the same effect, SL chat bar will auto-complete the command after the first few characters typed if it recognizes it being an active gesture. The gesture is mod, so you can change hot-key or command to whatever is easier for you, just double-click on the gesture in inventoy to open it.
To make it easier on photographers who work with models (or if you don’t want to adjust poses through a menu), a multiPoseballs is included. This way you can freely move your model yourself instead of ‘instructing them’ where to place their avartar. The multiPoseball responds to /1 show and /1 hide and allows to toggle the poses by using the pageUp/pageDown keys.
The spell includes an update script which will check for free upgrades when it is rezzed – to not loose the information of your adjusted poses through resetting/rezzing, you can call for the update manually by typing “/12update” (without quotes) in open chat. Please take note, the update script is not active until a first upgrade is made available. As well, you don’t need to check daily yourself, we keep you informed through our mainstore and our blog should a product have received an update: http://chanimations.deviousmind.net/about/updated/

BAD SCULPTIE RENDERING
If you have problems with sculpties seeming rough edged and not properly rezzing – go to Advanced Menu (if it doesn’t show on the top bar, press CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-D to show it), Debug Setting… – type ‘RenderVolumeLODFactor’ (without quotes) and set it to 4.000. It will take a short moment and your sculpties will render smoother when looking at them from a distance! Search the Wiki if you want more info about the RenderVolumeLODFactor.
Last but not least as with everything scripted: Make sure you are in a sim that allows for scripts to run!
